Looking for one additional roommate (1 bedroom and bathroom available upstairs now) -

We are two male professionals between the ages of looking to share a spacious three-level townhouse in Arlington, VA. The townhouse is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in close proximity to Pentagon City / Amazon / Pentagon / Metro, and contains 3 bedrooms, 4 remodeled bathrooms, and a driveway spot. Plenty non-permit street parking is also available for free. The townhouse is about square feet and comes furnished with a sizable kitchen and living area.

Along with the bedroom, the upstairs tenant would have a private hall bathroom and need to share a shower with the basement tenant (note - the basement tenant has his own half-bathroom downstairs as well). Utility costs would be split three-ways and include electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. Rent is one thousand dollars
per month for the upstairs bedroom and would require a one-year lease. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are available now. No pets allowed.
