👱My name is Damian Nguyen, a recent Rhodes College graduate of class and I’m trying to find a housemate for the second bedroom in my current apartment.

About the place (see pictures for more details):
⭐️ 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment, so everyone will have their own bed/bathroom.
⭐️ Kitchen Island with full appliances and dedicated pantry space.
⭐️ Spacious common space with a dining table and chairs.
⭐️ Built-in sunroom (currently used as storage space for my friends over the summer).
⭐️ Includes in-unit washer and dryer.
⭐️ Extra storage closet (currently used to store cleaning appliances).
⭐️ Comes with parking space at the back of the complex.

🫂My housemate is leaving most of his furnitures (a desk, a bookshelf, a drawer, a matress with sheets, pillows, and bed frame) so you can choose to keep them if you don’t have any.

I don’t smoke and currently don’t have any pets, but pets are welcomed!
