Hey everyone!

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in a spacious 4-bedroom house in the Bellevue/Newcastle area! The house is well-maintained, and features a large yard, garage, and convenient parking. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The available room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a dedicated private office — perfect for anyone working from home or just needing a quiet space to focus. Rent is $/month, plus about $ for utilities.

A little about us:
I'm Tessa—I moved here from Montana about a year ago. I work as an engineer at Boeing and love being outdoors (hiking and gardening especially), cozying up with a good book, occasional gaming, and having long-form discussions to really get to know people.

I’m Ruth—I moved back to WA a couple of years ago and am currently doing my master’s in CS through Georgia Tech. I enjoy staying active—biking, playing pickleball, volleyball, frisbee, and more. I also love baking and experimenting in the kitchen, and of course, spending quality time with friends.

We’re both in our late s to early s, more on the introverted side, but we love a fun game night, hiking, and exploring around the area. We'd love to find a roommate we could hopefully become friends with, who has similar interests and hobbies.We’re looking for someone who shares similar interests and is respectful, friendly, and clean. If you value open communication and want a peaceful, comfortable living space, this might be a great fit!
