I have a spare bedroom and would like to find a roommate that is clean and tidy and has a steady job. Has to be a LGTBQ+ ally!!! It’d be great if we could be friends as well. I have dogs (a pittie, an American bulldog and a little chihuahua..they’re all senior dogs and ESA) so I can’t have more pets in the house. You’ll have your own room, it has a king size bed but if you rather use your own i can remove the bed. Big kitchen, living room, front and backyard as well..there’s also a fire place, if that matters. Rent would be $ plus half for SDGE and water, I’ll pay the internet and trash and the streaming services.
