Searching for a roommate for October 1st move in date.
The property is a single-family home owned by myself, located in a quiet neighborhood of Robbinsdale, MN. Close to downtown Robbinsdale with several delicious restaurants and nearby parks and lake for recreation. Only a quick minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The lease will include unfurnished sq ft) and a semi-private living room area ( sq ft). The property has a shared bathroom, spacious kitchen, laundry, and a fenced back yard with a covered patio. Also included is a parking space on the driveway or street, and storage space.
Preference for a renter who does not have any pets but loves cats, as I have 2 adorable fur babies myself. Looking specifically for a renter who is a of the LGBTQIA+ community. Please no smoking or drugs, and no heavy drinking. Renter must also be relatively quiet and tidy. Age range .
Rent will be $ per month utilities and internet included. $ refundable damage deposit due at lease signing. Lease will be 6 months to start with.
