Looking for 1 roommate to live in a house in a quiet neighborhood in the Denver Tech Center along with me and my other roommate. The Master Bedroom is what remains available, which has an attached private bathroom.

Amenities
There is a washer and dryer available and some weight-lifting equipment in the basement. Street parking is all that is available at the moment but is free.

Additional Expenses
Utilities, water, trash, electricity, and Wi-Fi would add on an expected additional $
overall (split between roommates).

The Roommates
My name is Zoe. I’m in my late s and work primarily as a paralegal. I work a lot and enjoy lounging, reading, and spending time with friends in my free time. I’m looking for considerate and calm roommates with similar lifestyles to my own. No hard drugs in the house and no smoking weed or cigarettes inside.

My other roommate, Troy, works as a supervisor in construction and is in his s and loves movies.

Pets
I live at the house with my dog, Koda. She is a 5 or
6-year-old Great Pyrenees who weighs around pounds. She loves to cuddle and is very sweet, but does not seem to do well with other dogs, especially small dogs. I am allergic to cats, so unfortunately, no cats. If you have a pet that would be a good fit, they are subject to additional pet fees pending landlord approval.

Neighborhood
The house is in the Denver Tech Center area and is centrally located to most things in the city or surrounding suburbs. It is quiet and there is a nice big park across the street with walking paths, basketball courts, play sets, open grass spaces, and soon-to-be pickleball courts.

Pricing
Each room is going to be around $. Additional pricing for splitting utilities and water would factor in as well and is not included in the $ amount.

Move-In
My brother is the landlord and is looking to fill these spaces A.S.A.P. Please message me if interested and let me know your timeframe of when you would be able to move in.
