Bedroom: nice size, high vaulted ceiling, a lot of sunlight, furnished (but I can remove some or all of it if you have ur own), private bathroom. House: fully furnished, you’ll have access to all common areas, plenty of storage spaces, close to restaurants, grocery stores, Santiago college and Chapman university.. etc, the community has (2) pools and hot tubs. About me: s, engineer, hybrid work situation (converted one of the bedrooms to an office and work there 2days/week), LGBTQ friendly, enjoy working out, hiking, traveling.. etc, looking for a roommate with a steady job, non smoker, clean and respectful. I Don’t have pets but open to the idea of having a small dog in the house.
