Seeking Roomate for Downstairs Room

Description

Normal sized, carpeted room with a double door closet, and window. There’s a half bath right next to the room, and a shower upstairs. You have full access to the kitchen and living room areas, as well as other zones that aren’t private rooms. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer are free to use. Utilities vary month to month. Room/closet are currently being used for storage, but will be cleared once a Roomate has been selected, though present furniture/tv can be left if you would like to use them.
