I work at home ( designer & author). I have no animals. Personally, I have tolerance for marijuana/drugs/drunkenness. I intentionally rarely have visitors except near the holidays.

You can keep the current furniture (brand new dual recliner with in-console USB charger) and desk - which gives you your own private sitting area for days & weekends, with folding roll-away bed for sleeping. Or, I am willing to provide unfurnished after days. We share a living room, a kitchen & balcony. Will remove the elliptical before move-in. (There are ellipticals, treadmills & free weights in the downstairs gym for your use.)
