Room with a private bathroom

Hi! I am currently looking for a roommate for this master bedroom in our apartment. I would prefer someone female and closer to my age with no pets since my dog doesn't get along well with other animals. Open to discussion, though! The room has two closets and a private bathroom attached. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished, so you would just have to worry about your room/bathroom. If you have any decorations you would like to bring for the rest of the apartment, that would totally be fine too! The room has been deep cleaned, and we just used a carpet cleaner in there, too, since our previous roommate left.

My name is Jeanne! I am and pretty laid back. I don't drink or party, so no need to worry about those things happening! I am a bit of a night owl, and I recently had surgery, so I will be finding a work from home job soon! I consider myself to be kind-hearted and understanding!
My boyfriend, Ali, is likely leaving within the next couple of months to move out of the country, so the rent posted is reflecting when he no longer lives here. It also includes utilities on average.
