Looking for someone to take over my room at The Bronco Club!
It’s a 5-bedroom apartment with half bathrooms. We have two bedrooms available.

One is *Bedroom D* , _located in the basement, with a full bathroom inside the room as well as a back door_ . The room is very bright and spacious. The backdoor has a good view of sunsets. The rent is *$* . If you move within the end of the month, *August month rent is free* !

The other room is *room A* with a _half bath on the top floor_ . The rent is *$* including half the renters insurance sponsored for the year.

The unit has an *in-house washer and dryer* , and the living conditions are excellent.

Plus, Bronco Club offers great amenities. A swimming pool, gym (no extra charge needed) and, for students without a car there’s a convenient bus access. 2 bus stops and during the semester there are *4 bus routes* : one stops right near the house, and the other three are just a minute walk away.
