Welcome to our home. We are a group house with four rooms. The room pictured above will be available from September 1st onwards and will share a bathroom with one other person. The room is unfurnished.

Located in beautiful Takoma Park, this charming colonial house has plenty of natural sunlight, hardwood floors and a big yard in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The owner has a sweet mid-age dog who lives in the house; however no additional pets are allowed. There is a basement with lots of storage, and an inhouse washer/dryer.

I am looking for a mature, responsible professional or grad student. Must be clean, neat and tidy and willing to contribute to maintaining house cleanliness. We are environmentally conscious and like plants. The backyard is a work in progress, but we welcome garden lovers. There is a stone patio in the back.

The house is located within walking distance to the upcoming metro Purple line; minutes away from the Metro Red and Green Line; minutes away from the MARC train; 5 minute drive to UMD. 5 minute drive from Washington Adventist University. Located near Sligo Creek park and all its trails that are great for bicycling and walking. The house is also very close to a variety of grocery stores. minute drive to Capital Hill in the city (DC).
