This nice updated lower level living area in a large house in the Hi-Pointe neighborhood right off Highway & McCausland Ave Centrally located across the street from Forest Park with grocery store, gas station, fitness center, hospital, fire station, banks, bars, restaurants all within walking distance...some only seconds away!
I’m in the process of a remodel of lower level (so no photos of actual space just yet) but will have updated beautiful epoxy flooring, windows, electric, HVAC, & all fresh paint. Come tour the current progress. Washer and Dryer in lower level of house - free for your use, no charge.
Looking for a clean, positive attitude, and respectful roommate to take over the lower level private walk out. Will be available October th.
This is a non-smoking home and no cats or dogs allowed. A background check & credit check will be required for $ total to run.
