Spacious room close to Malden Cente

Hi!
I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in a bath close to malden center (orange line). The apartment is cozy and the room is big. There also a living room and front porch area. The rent is $ without utilities ( depending on the time of the year) the apartment even has a parking spot if you have a car!

I’m a year old woman and work in education, I’m very chill and ideally will like to find someone who want to have a community living situation; however I’m okay with just being cordial aswell.

I’m a bit in the nerdy side and very social, I also travel to see my family and friends during the year and summer time so they will be times where you have the apartment all to yourself!
