Hi, my name is Ariel. My partner Brandon and I are looking for a roommate for the next 9 months to finish out our lease with. Move in early September. We live in a large sq ft home in a quiet neighborhood in Chandler, very close to the and Chandler Mall (cross streets Chandler and Dobson).

We both work from home. We are quiet, neurodivergent, friendly, a tiny bit messy. There are two very friendly cats in the home.

Your space would be a bedroom which could be furnished (not with the furnishings pictured) or empty, depending on your preference. Home also features:
- Guest bedroom and garage with room for storage
- Shared full bath next to the bedroom and a shared half bath downstairs
- Front room has space for an office for you, display for your things, etc.
- Home gym and theater
- Large pool with a completely fenced in backyard
- Large kitchen, fully stocked with a dishwasher and gas stove
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
- Parking space in the driveway and plenty of street parking
