Female seeking female housemate

Hi, I’m Keyy and I’m a single, millennial with three cats seeking a housemate. The room is furnished, but the furnishings may be removed if you prefer your own. Monthly maid service is included and my ideal housemate is hard-working, neat and does little to no cooking. I plan to employ an international chef fall/winter and continue to beautify home renovation after renovation. I attend church weekly (Catholic) and please no alcohol/drug users, nor smokers.
