Bedroom with a private door/entrance (). Has a closet (can be the current shelves or a hanging rack). House has central air, the bedroom has a supplemental air conditioner in the bedroom. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and a large fridge. One full bathroom (sink, tub/shower combo, toilet). Pet friendly. Large fenced in yard. Garage for Rubbermaid/enclosed storage. Located less than a minute north east of where /Meridian meets . I do not consume/buy alcohol, that might be a bonus for some people. I don’t care if others consume, within their means. I have four dachshunds (disclaimer one is paralyzed and will drop an occasional oopsie (he is incontinent) but he will mainly be with me and wears a belly band diaper) and two cats as well as some tank/cage pets and the 6 chickens in the chicken coop. I’ll let your dog out to potty, if needed during shifts. There is outdoor parking for vehicles.
