sq.ft. ba house with 4 split levels (one being the third bedroom), full driveway, big backyard with garden, 2 car garage, and large shed for storage. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, all furnished. Ample pantry space, and shared cookware! Shared bathroom (for the 2 available bedrooms) on main floor, great for 2 friends! Washer/dryer provided.

You'd be sharing the house with me, Hi I'm Steph! I'm a chiropractic assistant and moved to Colorado from the Midwest almost 5 years ago. I love taking advantage of the outdoor activities out here, so on my time off, you'll usually catch me out in nature as much as possible, or at a concert, or the gym. I like to keep a healthy lifestyle and cook at home a lot :D I also love to garden and have some indoor houseplants too! Always respectful, communicative, and clean. I like to have small groups over sometimes for bbqs or game nights :)

This is an animal loving house with 2 friendly kitties! We cannot accept more cats or dogs, but other pets are welcome!
