Approx minutes away from the University of Calgary, close to multiple bus stops and conveniently located near a shopping plaza that includes GoodLife and other gym options, Dollarama, Walmart, Canadian tire, Costco and other grocery stores, etc. Built in , this two-story home offers an open-concept living space, with an additional bonus living area upstairs. The main floor living area features a large, beautiful kitchen with all appliances. For convenience, the washer and dryer are located upstairs near the bedrooms. Your space includes a private bedroom and a private bathroom.

About myself; I'm a full-time hairstylist and a university student who highly values a clean and organized living space. In my free time, I love attending music festivals, concerts, and hockey games and I play on a rec softball team once a week. I have an outgoing yet laid-back personality and am happy to enjoy a casual movie night with a roommate, but I also respect and appreciate personal space. I have an 8-year-old son, Noah, who splits his time between my home and his dad’s. He is a very laid-back guy and is quiet, respectful, and easygoing.
No pets are allowed, but we are Cat friendly. I occasionally do emergency foster litters of kittens when needed, until they are old enough to be adopted.
