Grand Rapids sublease wanted

Hi, I am looking for a sublease for $ a month plus utilities. This would be as early as September to late July . I live in a bath house right off of Fulton St in West GR, within a short walking distance of bus stops, GVSU Pew Campus, and some bars. This house is very nice and has a decently sized yard and shed with parking in the back alley. You would be living with three recently GVSU graduated, chill, and working guys. They are all great. You would also be getting the second largest room! Please let me know if you might be interested! There is also a months rent deposit if you were to sublease which you will get back at the end of the lease.
