We’re looking for a kind, conscious, and reliable roommate to join our home right behind Mount Talbert Nature Park (Happy Valley/Clackamas) . It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood with quick access to shops, restaurants, and everything you’d need—without the chaos of downtown Portland.

✨ About the Room
• Rent: $/month + utilities (avg. ~$)
• Location: Downstairs with a small shared bathroom
• Size: Cozy room with a large closet and plenty of ceiling lights (note: no natural light)
• Bonus: Extra living room downstairs in addition to the main one upstairs

🏡 The House
• Spacious -living-room setup
• 3 cats in the home 🐾 — one stays upstairs with their owner, my two sweet black kitties roam the house and love affection
• Peaceful, safe neighborhood close to trails and nature

👥 The Roommates
• You’d be living with 3 others:
• 2 upstairs housemates ( weekday schedules)
• Me (grad student + working professional), usually on an opposite schedule—so there’s a good balance of space and quiet
• We value respect, cleanliness, and communication, and are looking for someone who feels aligned with a mindful, considerate living space
