Share Dual Master Apartment

Looking to share my dual master apartment with a roommate. Half of lease is $+utilities with fiber WiFi and upgraded router (~$ total) Current roommate is leaving when lease ends Sep . I would like someone to sign a new month lease with me. Roommate is willing to leave earlier, if new roommate is wanting to move in immediately. I'm a quiet, playful cats, and I work outside the home. The room has a private ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and linen closet in the bathroom. Room photos are not of actual room; they are from the apartment complex photos due to current roommate's privacy. Viewing is available, if scheduled. Apartment has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and shared fridge/freezer. Parking is shared garage parking under the complex. Complex has a gated entry, gym, 4 pools+hot tubs, movie theater, park/athletic field and library nearby, and within walking distance of UTC mall.
