Hello!
I have a one-bedroom for rent in a modern, large house with baths. Clean, quiet, spacious, nice neighborhood, and walking trail. It's close to Groceries, Restaurants, and Bars (5 min. from South Park Meadows’ shopping center and 8 miles from downtown). I have one small, friendly doggie, so please no more pets.

We are looking for a third roommate, a chill person with integrity, friendly, respectful of the house's rules, pays bills on time, and cleans up after himself/herself (shared bathroom).
