I’m looking for a housemate to join a 3-bedroom unit in Dorchester, MA. The rent is /month plus $ approximately in utilities(electricity and gas). Utilities that are included are water and Wi-Fi. The unit has a washer and dryer. The apartment has a private bathroom that is shared between the rooms. Each room has a separate space for toiletries in the bathroom, and the bathroom is cleaned bi-weekly. The location is a short walk to JFK/Umass and is close to two grocery stores. The apartment is fully furnished and has a dishwasher as well. I prefer a September 1 move in date, but it can be a bit earlier or later than that.

You’d be living with me and another housemate. We are both respectable and keep to ourselves. We’re open to students or professionals. We just need somebody who can help keep the apartment reasonably tidy and be reliable in the rent and bills
