2. Ground Floor room – bed + desk, shared shower, no closet w/
** All utilities, lawn maintenance included in rent.
** Not included: WiFi (~/month)

📍Location
Right next to Kerrisdale Elementary. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. mins away by bus ( mins by car) to UBC. mins away by bus to the Canada Line. 1 stop away from Kerrisdale shops.

👥 Who We’re Looking For
- Strong preference for 2SLGBTQIA+ and females (but open to anyone respectful)
- People with experience or understanding of collective/cooperative living
- Social and community-minded — we like to share the occasional meal, movie nights, and outings together
- Long-term tenant — 1-year lease starting September 1

🐾 Pets
We already have 2 cats, so unfortunately, no more pets — but you must be comfortable living with cats.
