I'm looking for one friendly and responsible person to move into a gorgeous and spacious three story .5 bath house in Munhall, PA which is a minute drive from Pittsburgh city center.

The master bedroom is on the second floor and has two windows looking out into the street backyard. The room is furnished.

About the house: The house is a minute drive from downtown and Oakland, and a minute drive to Regent Square and Squirrel Hill. It's a 5 minute drive or minute walk to the southside waterfront shopping plaza, which has a Target, Giant Eagle, Aldi, and Lowes. It's also a block away from the Carnegie Library of Homestead, which has a pool, athletic facility, and hosts live music/comedy events! The house is on a quiet street near central Munhall and Homestead. It has a backyard, a back porch & front porch and the living room and dining room and kitchen is shared and furnished.

The kitchen is large and has a garbage disposal, and hooded fancy stove, a nifty kitchen island and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. There is also central heating and cooling. Rent is $/month.

Roommates split all utility bills. First + last month's rent and $ security deposit upon lease signature.
