Commitment: month to month but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay longer term.

People: You'll have two female roommates in the house, one early s, who you'll share the main floor bathroom with, and another, early s, who owns the house and lives upstairs. We are both vaxxed, quiet at night, considerate, and keep things clean. No pets. We all share the kitchen, dining room, and living room area.

Amenities: Washer, dryer, dishwasher, stand mixer, microwave, toaster/air fryer, Netflix, Disney+, a PS4, nice backyard with a big patio, grill, table and chairs, and a well-appointed kitchen. Bathroom shower/tub newly remodeled.
Some storage space available in the basement.

Getting around: minute bus or bike to the Roosevelt Link Light Rail station that quickly connects to Downtown, Capitol Hill, UW, U District, Northgate. minute bus to Greenlake. 5 min drive to UW campus, min by bus. U village nearby.
Services within close walking distance: PCC, Safeway, Top Pot Donuts, bakeries, Starbucks, library, restaurants, and a couple nice cafes.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, close enough to a light rail station to access city life, but just far enough away to still feel removed from the bustle.
