WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Good vibes (much chill, no drama)

THE HOUSE:
A big, charming two-story built in the 1930s in East Nashville. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs has a pretty open floor plan so there’s tons of space! The upstairs is where you’ll live. There is a washer/dryer, sunroom (or 2nd living room), front porch, fenced in backyard, unfinished basement for storage, etc.

THE OPEN ROOM:
Unfurnished bedroom with big closet & an attached bathroom. The girl who lived in it previously was there for years & loved it!

THE DETAILS:
Move-in date is Sept 1st
1 year lease
$780 per month
$780 deposit
Utilities range from $100-$200 approx. (in the Summer we have lawn care)
Landlord lives out of town, but is typically pretty good at responding to any requests.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You’d be living with two women & one guy. I’ve lived here the longest for 5 years & seriously love this house! Everyone is easygoing, friendly, clean & respectful of each other, so we’re looking for someone similar. We’re not best friends, but we do like to chat in the common spaces!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The perfect spot in East, near Kroger, the Pharmacy, etc! It’s just off Gallatin- walkable to so many restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and down the street from Five Points. Also very convenient to get downtown from here.
