Unfurnished room with own bathroom

Hello looking for a roommate to move in with me and my geriatric cat available ASAP preferable to the end of the lease which ends in June but length of stay is negotiable. The rate is $ including all bills, you have large bedroom with walk in closet and own bathroom adjacent to the room. There is an in unit washer dryer and the kitchen, living dining room is fully furnished and I am great at sharing! It is in located in apartment complex (Flagler Point) so a $ application fee is needed for background check and to notify the complex of moving in. There are several pools, a couple of gyms and a tennis court on . I currently work 3 jobs and I am in school full time so I am in and out a lot, one of my jobs is overnight so it might feel like you are living alone at times and may barely see me.
