Hey everyone! My name is Kyle Thrush, I am yrs old, and I'm going to be a senior studying Architecture. I’m looking for a friendly, social roommate to sublease the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment at S. Lincoln Ave, Urbana. My girlfriend recently moved out, and I’m looking to find someone to take over her half of the lease.

Location: S. Lincoln Ave, Urbana — super close to the South Quad and within walking distance to Cafe Paradiso, Jimmy Johns, and the Illini Grove.

Rent: $/month, which includes a parking space in the lot directly in front of the building.

Lease Term: /

Amenities: The apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a spacious kitchen, a cozy living area, and plenty of natural light.

Parking: A designated parking spot in the lot is included, so no need to worry about finding street parking.

I am super outdoorsy and run the Historical Fencing RSO on campus so I will be very busy and probably not home very often so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. I am looking for someone who is chill and social and can keep the space mostly tidy!
