Renter would have private room and living room with shared bathroom and kitchen with private entrance through front of house. I live in the back room which is off the kitchen area.
I am a quiet solotary person with a yr old very friendly chow chow but she is also great guard dog.

I like my solatude so looking for a professional that is full time employed and quiet.

I do like to smoke a pipe in my own living space and I do not smoke a lot, just one pipe bowl a day. I prefer no alcohol but you could have beer or wine kept in your room. I will provide a small fridge.

Move in price would be $ held as damage deposit or last month rent if no damage has occurred.
