This is strictly a private room, not the entire house. Basic supplies (soap, toilet paper, cleaning materials, etc.) are provided, and the room is furnished. Internet, utilities, and water are an additional $ per month. A superintendent and cleaners reside in the building and will maintain the cleanliness of the common areas on a daily basis, ensuring a tidy environment. Security cameras are installed both inside and outside the house, along with electronic locks on all doors, providing a safe, secure, and well-maintained living space.

An additional charge of $ per month applies for extra persons. Some pets are permitted, subject to an extra fee of $ per month, along with a $ security deposit and the requirement to sign an additional document regarding the care and maintenance of the pet.
