Looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, cleanliness, picks up after themselves in their own and other shared spaces, and is on time with rent. You can decorate your room how you like, just make sure it’s renter’s friendly. This is a smoke free house more than welcome to smoke outside only.

Application process:

we can set up at date for you to do a tour of the house, if you decide that you want to continue. we can start the application process and I can answer any questions you may have.

There is a small fee for application/background check I will need your ID, SS, proof of income (last 3 months of bank statements or pay stubs)
Once that is cleared and approved

All I’ll need is your first month and security deposit on your move-in date.
