I’m looking for a female roommate to rent one of the guest rooms in this house. I have two guest rooms in total. It is going to be furnished and the rent price includes all utilities and WiFi. You will also have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, backyard, driveway,
and living room with a TV. I do have two cats so you’ll have to be cat friendly. My older cat is territorial so I would prefer that there be no additional pets if possible. You won’t be responsible for taking care of them. I occasionally have my boyfriend over, maybe one night a week, but otherwise the house stays quiet and drama-free.
