This complex is ground floor only, no one live above you and since this is end-unit, there's only 1 shared wall. This apt is newly renovated, SS appliances throughout kitchen. There's a small private back patio for weekend bbq. Off-street designated parking with nice private courtyard with tuff grass.

Current lease is until February , you can renew after that. You don't have to pay deposit since I will leave it. After lease end, you could have it.

Move in day will be Sept 1st. I'll pay September rent so you get 1 month rent free.

Rent included water/sewer/trash. Electric paid by tenant.
