I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Collective. The unit is available immediately. It’s a private room and bath. Fully Furnished. Up to 3 roommates (currently only 2). Rent is $ per month + a small utility bill and insurance. Wifi is included as well as an in unit washer and dryer.
