🏠 Home & Room
• Quiet, dead-end street in a residential neighborhood (families, older couples, some student/young professional renters).
• House is furnished with a mix of landlord + housemate furniture.
• Room: ~', furnished with full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and large closet. Bathroom in hallway shared with one male housemate.

💰 Rent & Utilities
• Rent: $ deposit (paid to landlord). Lease required through June (HOA).
• Utilities:
– Electricity: ~$/mo (SDGE TOU-EV5 plan)
– Internet: $/mo (Spectrum, Mbps)
– Water/sewer/HOA (pool + tennis courts) included in rent
