Unit is .5 bath unfurnished, and the three remaining tenants are all female student athletes at CSU. Looking for a female, preferably CSU student. Each bedroom has personal bathroom and walk in closet access but will be fully unfurnished. Communal spaces like the kitchen and living area are already furnished by current tenants. In-unit laundry.
