This will be in a Spacious Bath Roommate floorplan w. walk in closet. w/ Washer Dryer included in Gated Luxury Apt. w/ 4 Star reviews. (Our Gate works LOL) Looking for a Single Mature Female without Children or pets roommate for a Move in date. /, You must be able to pass background Check and credit w/ Apartment Complex -My deposit requirement is You must work outside the home during Normal Business hours pm. As I work from home. No night workers or overnight guests- at all no exceptions. Entire Complex is non-smoking- No Animals allowed at all. w/ no pests. Complex less than 5 years old and Access to All Complex Amenities, Pool, Hot tub, Grills, Gym, plenty of parking. Car must be registered in your name. Income should be high enough to be able to pay rent alone if needed. Due to my sensory issues, I am not Friendly at all, so you can't even smoke it and come home with it on clothes. No Strong Cologne, perfumes or body oils like Patchouli or Frankincense & No Frying Fish or Mothballs in home. No Super Religious or MAGA lovers!!!! The Rent includes Water, High Speed Internet, Wi-Fi and Electricity- No Cable. and Room is unfurnished. Access to kitchen and dining utensils available. 6 mos. lease first then we'll see how it goes.
