The available room is a private, unfurnished basement suite with its full bathroom. Spacious enough for a queen bed and a couch, it also has cable access and a separate feel from the rest of the house.

Rent: $/month + shared utilities (Wi-Fi, BGE, and water and $ for exclusive use of the private parking pad.)
