About the Room:
- Rent: $/month
- Annual lease (resign in October/November)
- Utilities: $/month
- $ security deposit (returned at the end of stay if no repairs are needed)
- $ application for apartment complex
- Shared bathroom with one roommate
- Bed frame and tall-rotating organizer (in left corner) INCLUDED
- Desk and chair, bookshelf, mirror, mattress, and lamp NOT included
- Spacious closet and large window
- Full kitchen access (please clean up after use)
- A good amount of personal fridge space
- Spacious one-car garage included in rent (does not have a charger port for electric vehicles)
- Nice patio overlooking the neighborhood
- Laundry units are located in the building next door
- A gym, two pools, and a tennis court are on
- Friendly apartment management and maintenance that's available 7 days a week

Ideal Tenant:
- Single female only (no couples, no exceptions)
- Student or young professional preferred (yrs preferred)
- -friendly, but no alcohol allowed in the apartment
- Must be comfortable with a cat (no additional pets allowed)

About the Household:
- Quiet, clean, respectful, and independent roommates
- NOT a party environment
- Guests are welcome with prior notice
