Your half of the rent will be . The Internet is . GA Power varies (the highest it's been ). The renters insurance is 7.

Water and gas are charged every other month. $ added to rent charge(included in $). All utilities are equally split between you and the current occupant, who is staying on through the lease term. 


All you need to do is put in an application and get approved through the leasing office. I'm looking to move by the end of August but could also do the mid of September.
