Just painted with brand new carpet! The primary is on one end of the house so it's private and away from the other 3 bedrooms. The garage is all yours too and fits 2 cars with a storage room.

The house is a 4-bedroom stand-alone house, -car garage, fireplace, cul-de-sac, big pool and nice backyard. It is square feet. Looking for someone mature, professional, or an ASU student. Includes all appliances - stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer. No pets, please. No smoking inside the home. Ample parking is available in the driveway, side of the home, and cul-de-sac/on the street. Very quiet neighborhood.

Room for rent is $ per month. The security deposit is required at lease signing and is $. Landscaping and pool services are included in the rent. In the area between the US/Southern and Hardy/Kyrene in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Located close to Arizona Mills and 3 miles from ASU!
