ISO room in or near Fort Collins

Hi! I’m Bethany. I’m finishing my clinical hours for my undergrad degree at a hospice in Fort Collins starting October th. Ideally I’d like to move in on the first of October. I’m looking for roommates who want to live communally and are also relatively tidy. I love to cook and deep clean for my roommates and family, but organization is something I need systems for to be successful in. I’d prefer to live with my dog although having or not having her is not a dealbreaker (she’d be just as happy at grandma’s). She is very friendly with people and other dogs, but hasn’t done great with cats because she tries to play with them like they’re dogs. I don’t mind if my roommates smoke weed inside as long as my stuff doesn’t catch the smell because it’s against my internship contract. Definitely don’t want to live with anyone smoking cigarettes inside. Please reach out if you have any questions!
