I’m leaving my room in this apartment and it’s up for lease transfer. The room comes unfurnished, but you will be living with a beautiful, respectful, fun and spontaneous roomate! She works a job and is clean and organized.
There is laundry, AC and dishwasher in the apartment as well as access to a beautiful balcony. The street is calm and quiet but if you like to have fun just gotta walk 2 mins and you’ll be on Wellington.
The price is $ with utilities included. The room will be available starting September 1st
You will be surrounded by three metro stations, the closest one being Lasalle metro.
You will be living one block away from Wellington street where you’ll find everything you need. I truly loved living in the area.
