Roommate needed at Eden Apartments

Description

My daughter (in profile photo) is looking for a roommate to share a bath, fully furnished apartment. 1st floor, laundry in the unit. Full kitchen and shared living area. She is a responsible sophomore nursing student and marching band (currently at practice which is why I’m helping). Tenants pay electric (heat). First preference would be for someone to step into the lease, which runs from Aug th through July st but we may be able to work with other arrangements. Would prefer a female roommate who is a student but could be open to other potential roommates. If you can come close to the advertised rent, we also might be willing to assist with the remainder if your a good fit.
