Hello, We're moving out of our apartment on August 24th, and we're looking for a COUPLE OR DUO to take over the lease.
It's a 3-person apartment (us: a couple + a French person). 📍In the heart of the CBD with access to the free tram, an Aldi downstairs, and 5 minutes from Queen Victoria Market. 🛏️ Bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, ideal for a couple or a duo. Private bathroom in the bedroom (master suite). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board. 🏢Included in the building: 🏊🏼‍♂️ heated pool 🏋️‍♀️ very well-equipped gym 🌡️ jacuzzi + sauna 🎾 tennis court 🥩 outdoor BBQ 🎥 movie theater 🚗 parking space + bicycle 💵 $1,173 / month per person 💼 BONUS JOB! (Not mandatory) 6-7 hours of cleaning per week for a family 35-40 minutes by tram. $30 per hour.
