Looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate to share a spacious, peaceful 3-bedroom apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is serene — neighbors are friendly and considerate, and noise is very minimal. I have one adorable cat, will not be able to accept other animals.

You’ll have your own bedroom with connected private bath and large walk in closet, and share the kitchen and living area (including a large balcony) with one other person.
No alcohol in apartment. I work a full time regular M-F work schedule, very light sleeper so must be quiet after pm.
