Looking for a male or female roommate to occupy one bedroom in my bathroom apartment. Bathroom, dining area, living room area and spare bedroom can be shared. Electricity to be split . Average bill is between $ but can vary on a month to month basis. Only thing you’ll have to pay out of pocket besides electricity is food and wireless internet. This is a month to month deal so if and when you plan on moving out need a day heads up. Also you must go through a background check per the landlord. Pets are negotiable under the landlord’s discretion.
