Looking for a Roomate

Hi everyone,

My name is Hanna and my partner Jake and I are looking for a roommate for the coming year. We are both graduate students and looking for another graduate student or young professional (all people and genders welcome :)). Our hobbies include playing sports, all types of games and plant care. The house is located in south Durham right near Southpoint mall and on the bus line. The house features a nice open concept with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Bedroom is large enough to fit a bed, desk, dresser and TV stand with a private half bath in the room and another full bathroom just around the corner that is not frequently used. We are allergic to cats but most other pets are welcome however there may be a small additional fee depending on the animal.

All utilities, internet etc. included in the price ($). There is a washer and dryer in the home and the common areas of the house come furnished.
